I'm told the core is far more experience, after all it is a supercharger.

True but for the same price why not get something with a higher ceiling? In case you do push the stock LT1 limits.

That link to ADM is the priciest I've seen anyone list for a drop-on LT4 kit. People were linking to them for 4k. That would put it at 6.5k with install and a dyno tune.

That is pretty pricey compared to the procharger kit :(
I believe the ADM price includes install and tune which would easily make it one of the best deals out there.

I was just clarifying the price for a Procharger kit is just a kit the price for a ADM LT4 kit included installation and a dyno tune which is an additional benefit

I'm sorry if that "Doesn't help you" make a more educated decision, I figured others might benefit from this information.

I have to read up on the Procharger option a bit more on the C7 forum. Longevity of drivetrain parts with the 7 PSI only? FSP will do all the work and tune for me. Very trusted and very good at tuning.

Seems to me that if the LT4 is being used by the factor on the LT1 engine, that makes it the most attractive option for me. I'll be 44 next week, I'm not looking to set my hair on fire, but adding some more power would be fun.

I did email ADM performance and I was told that they can't do a 2017 yet because they had some software/hardware issues to work out. They also said they aren't sending kits out yet but are doing them in house.

I was told that it would be $6200 plus the cost of transporting the car to Texas from where I live in RI.

Since its not my daily driver, if they get stuff straightened out, it might be a good thing to do during the winter months but i'm not in any rush.

I'll read up and get a bit more intelligent on this issue but looking forward to hopefully reading more reviews from people who have added the LT4 to their 2016 camaro.

Joe
I literally just messaged them to see if they would be willing to sell it as a DIY kit. I too am from ri. They havent responded yet, im hoping they dont think im you asking again lol.

EDIT: i also just realized ive already commented on this thread about the fact we are both located in RI. Dont mind me the kuwait heat is making me tired. Have you found out any more info on installing the lt4 charger? i was set on procharger but it seems like this can be done a bit cheaper with beter results.

If you looking to make 550 to 600 on the stock fuel system you can do one of our 2300 Magnuson Heartbeats, Roto-Fab CAI and your good to go.Pick up a drag pack and go 10's. Magnuson will have lower IAT's and I think they are dropping the 2300 EBrock from their lineup. PM me if you have any other questions about our Magnuson Heartbeat.

This ^^^

My car makes about 560 rwhp (at 7-8 psi) and it's an absolute joy to drive yet also a beast when I want it to be. Heat has not been an issue with the Maggie.
