Rapid Fire LED Tail Lights Issue - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Way back in December I ordered a set of Rapid Fire LED Tail Lights from Phastek Performance (but made by Technostalgia). After I installed them I come to find out that my Outside Right Taillight only works when I brake and have right turning signal on (video explains). I immediately contacted Technostalgia about the problem and they tried taking me through a different couple steps to fix it, nothing worked. FINALLY they said they are sending me a new one and I have yet to get that part in. This problem is still going on...

Couple weeks ago I looked at my taillights and come to find out the inside right taillight has condensation on the lenses.

I love the tail lights but very unhappy with the service I've been getting over 3 months now and still not fixed. I have had to talk my way out of 2 tickets for broken tail light explaining to the cop whats happening.

Has any1 had any problems with these tail lights or Technostalgia products/service?

That sucks and hope it gets fixed. Maybe see if phastek can help you out. Maybe twist some arms.

Ya, I to the point where I am just going to pack em up and send em back and get my money. You would think for the price we have to pay for em customer services would be a little better :(

Gonna give Phastek a call Monday, when they open and see what they say. :-/

Dude I had water problems and I called, was very polite and 6-8 weeks later they sent me two new ones no questions asked......I didn't have to convince them to help me or talk them into it, it all seemed very routine and professionally handled...The only issue is that they are having a tough time keeping up with demand and dealing with issues due to the manufacture. This is a pretty rare thing to see on a car so I'm willing to give some leeway in the name of progress...

Well I called and he said they been waiting for other components to come in to make a new tail light, and hopefully they ship next week sometime. But I mean 2+ months of waiting is a bit much but whatever. They defiantly worth the money.

How to say this...

Guys, we can't mention or post up coupon codes to non-sponsors of this site when we already have paying sponsors who sell the same items. This is fairly new, but recently came about.

Sorry...but here was a member insistent on posting up coupon codes for a non sponsor and it upset several vendors who are legitimately paying to advertise on this site. That hurts their business and quite frankly, we need to take care of our sponsors. Tran, the owner of the site, made the ruling.

Please...we all love deals. But, if people want to save $10 on a part, there's nothing holding them back from using a google search function to shop around.

We ALL hope you understand.

I have heard most problems have been with the 2011 and 2012s.

Finally got a email from Todd from Technostaliga about my tail lights and he said they finally got the last bit of components to make the tail lights and that they will ship this week.
