No, no, no, you've got it all wrong! That's a job for the government, not some greedy corporation.

Glad yo uare OK. I drove Ford trucks for the Powerstroke engine till Chevy dumped the Detroit diesels and went with Duramax by Isuzu. Older Ford trucks take a hit pretty good. The last Ford I had was a '97 F250 4x4 Powerstroke. It took several hits with minor damage versus thousands in damage to the opponents.

Glad you are ok but who painted that ZL1 grille like that? I've been waiting for someone to figure out how to do that. Heard taping it off is a giant pain

Short story related
I had been driving a 2000 Firebird Vert for 10 years as a daily driver. The repairs were adding up so I trading it in for a NICE New LS IBM M6. 12 days later, some knuckel head rearended me with his Stupid Utility Vehical. It did 2200 dollars damage. Centery 21 took care of everything but still it is not new now.

Whom exactly told you that please? Was it a traffic officer? Not his fault if he is pushed into the vehicle in front of him. He has no control over keeping his vehicle in the spot, he is following the vehicle code by being stopped. The driver causing the accident will be named as "party 1"! Insurance rates still jump up and down.

I did it myself. The taping was a royal PITA..I actually tried to do portions white at first but gave up on that. I could not keep from pulling off one color while re-taping for the next. It is extremely hard to get good adhesion. The clear coat essentially locks the base coat on

I was going for a more traditional Chevy look here, with the cross bar in silver. The silver parts go all the way thru to the back, not just on the face

I got rear ended the same way a couple years back. I was hit at a stop light, by a lady w/o a license or insurance. It took over a year for me to get my money back from her after StateFarm went after her.

She lied to the on scene officers and the ones in the local office we went to formally file the wreck. She also had been in a wreck 4 days prior for rear ending someone else.

A real loser that one was.
