Yep, I had a dealer offer employee pricing match for a hyper blue on the lot this morning, I just wanted to see the color though, I'm waiting for word on the 1LE to solidify before I buy. Dave Smith offered 1k below invoice on any ordered SS Camaro as their first offer also as of this morning. You can figure they expect to be chewed down off of that somewhat.
This is without even trying gents. Make your calls, these things are building on lots and you should now be negotiating for how far below invoice you can go, I don't know what that number is but anyone that doesn't find out is giving free money to a millionaire. |

Just signed the deal for mine. There was a dealership about 250 miles away that had one that matched nearly everything I wanted, plus a few extras I wouldn't have gotten. The main thing that made me decide to do it was the $1000 PO from GM kind of equalized the NPP exhaust that's on this car.
Plus, Although my roof's been fine on my 45th for the last 9 months, the extended warranty GM gave me on the roof expires in 500 miles. If that were to malfunction again, it would be expensive to fix! 2016 2LT/RS Convertible Hyper Blue, Ceramic White interior V6 / A8 NPP Exhaust Factory Nav Decklid Blackout Decal White Knee Pads Camaro Logo Underhood Liner All for $46,000. The trade off was that I gave up the White Rally Stripes I could have gotten if I had ordered the car from the factory, but I wouldn't have the car for another 6 weeks. That would have let the PO expire. Let's hope that NPP exhaust doesn't have any problems, like some others have had. It'll be nice to have the better gauges, interior lighting, lane change warning, killer exhaust sound, and best of all, the COLOR! |

Camaro 2SS A8 NPP NAV MAtts wheel locks Yellow
I just had a 2013 v6 Camaro lease so it was worth the $500 off
MSRP was $46,025 sale price was $44,756 + tax license extras. Grand total of 48500 - 500 for lease = $48000.00 That was the best I could do with no incentives. $2000 down. But was able to do a 2.5 % finance $650 for 77 months. |

Hey guys,
I just placed an order for a: 2017 Summit White 1SS M6 -Magnetic ride control -Black five spoke rims -Black bowties -Dual mode exhaust -Front facia extenion (Black) The dealership I placed the order with agreed to $300 BELOW invoice and if there were any deals at the time of delivery they would add them on. (Conquest, Private offers, etc) You guys think $300 below invoice for a 2017 is a fair deal? I had to order because they could not locate one with what I wanted. (a white 1SS with MRC) |

I was fortunate to find a big dealer that had a whole bunch of shops of different brands in a least 2 states, who had been sitting on a 2SS equipped pretty much exactly as I wanted for 4 months, so I was able to talk them down to the number I wanted to pay. This was a number that several dealers said they just couldn't do because it was less than they paid, blah, blah, blah. Maybe that was true because they sold less volume, than the mega-group I ended up buying from, but I kept at it until I got my price (well, ok, it was $299 more than I was shooting for, but I was ok with it and it took me about 3 hours of working on the salesman to get there.)
MSRP: $47,975 (Edited to add: 47,990 - I forgot the front plate bracket, which accounted for the difference) My price: $42,299. So, more than $5600 off of MSRP! Maybe someone else has gotten a better deal or will get one soon, but I was happy with it. It was well below what edmunds, and cars.com said a good price would be. I was almost stunned when the big place met my price. Edmunds: $46,554 Cars.com: $45,389

I ordered my 2SS and agreed to $1500 under invoice plus any incentives. Roughly about $2500 under MSRP.

I figured they couldn't promise me more than $300 off invoice because my order was for a 2017, new model year, blah blah... I was always told never buy for more than invoice, so I thought I was getting a fair deal at $300 off invoice for a 2017... I'm excited either way, wondering how much more haggling I can do when the car comes in.. |

2016 1ss
Hello Guys,
This is my first post here as i look forward to possibly buying a camaro tomorrow or saturday. I found a dealer who is selling a new 2016 1SS Camaro automatic. Installed options are:
MSRP* $39,440.00 There asking price is $33,540 plus 996 accessories fee(not sure what this includes), 229 etch, 399.50 doc fee plus TTL. Is this a good deal? Thank you for your input and look forward to spending lots of time on here. |
