You can generally cancel it for a 100% refund within 6 months and it is prorated after that time. Some vary though.

It has cosmetic coverage. Living in NJ the roads are horrible. Moving back here I have got 3 nails in my toes

What do you guys think and has anyone had similar issue and how did you resolve it? Thanks for the input guys.
Return it. You overpaid. Its more than I paid for my SS with options.

Extended warranties are biggest scam of the auto industry. I tell the salespeople to save their breath.

Certain amount of time after a new sale and you sure can, I believe you have 3 days most places, he said this weekend be purchased so if it was 3 days and he purchased Sunday he's good. It's worth looking into especially given immediate issue with car.

Those laws generally do not cover automobiles. I know in AZ there is no "grace period" law for vehicles even though there is for some other items.

Like i said previously your buying an almost 2 year old car, 18 can now be ordered. That car was there because they had trouble selling it, you definitely could of got more money off. If you like the car and they will lower your payment considerably keep it and let them fix it otherwise give it back and start shopping.

Well if they are willing to do that, you might as well see what they offer you. It doesn't hurt. I paid $35,700 + TTL for my 2SS with an MSRP of $48,800 brand new.

I believe you deleted your post where you said some states do have a grace period. I'd like to know those states because I can't seem to locate any.

It's not state mandate I googled it, it's dealer mandated and many dealers have a return policy, and some do not. It can range from a couple days to 30 days in some cases.
