I took mine off an used a 67/8/9 Old school SS emblem

Personally, I prefer mine on the car. Gives me a "handle" when closing the trunk lid; keeps fingerprints off the paint!

I took mine off ,then had to put it right back on. There are indexing holes on my trunk lid. Must be early production that have those, kinda sucks ,it's the only emblem I have left on the car.
