But it doesn't look like something caused by tree branches... They wouldn't be straight on the edges but more in the middle of a panel. By the look of it, I doubt it is from them but more from people that are parked or walked next to your car

it sucks when careless people screw up your stuff, agreed.the lawnmower guys where i work ran into the front fender of my car and left a bunch of rubber from the handle of their mower on my fender.luckily no dings and it buffed right off,but i park in another spot now.sure pissed me off though.if you were here in town id let you use my orbital polisher to fix that.rather than involve your insurance and get raped spent a couple of hundred on a polishing kit(griots garage is good) and it will be easy to remove swirls and maintain your paint.

Dude you could probably just buff that out with your hands. Don't bother with Geico.

Is there any security footage. The grass cutters make me sick.

Looks like it could be mostly buffed out pretty easily unless it's worse than the pics look.

At the most, that's PDR type stuff. Contact a good custom body shop in the area or something. Water makes it all pretty much disappear which means it's only as deep as the clear coat essentially.

Zoom in the pictures I can see it, try buffing it out first like everybody is saying if that don’t work then go the insurance rout.

As always, great advice guys:
I went to advance auto parts, went with the Meguiars X 2.0 and some microfiber sponges. Cleaned the area up first and just rubbed the compound on till it dries, and boom; gone. Incredible! There are still some of the deeper cuts... but overall now you really can't see any. The 105 and 205 compounds look like they are for much deeper scratches. I would post picks but now you really can't see anything! |

Go to a good body shop and have them do it. I'd be surprised if they would even charger a hundred bucks. Unless you have the tools and knowledge to buff it out you may do more damage than repair and then you'll be at the body shop anyway. If you were in Northern Wisconsin I'd be happy to do it for you, most shops will be sympathetic too. At least the good ones.

Its funny how people say they cant see
even though OP took pictures probably less then a foot from the "damage" Those look like minimal scratches. Its a sad thing to see but you are bound to get them at some point. |
