Hood wrap..
Just curious if anyone has issues with their hood wrap. My 19 is kinda wrinkled around the curved edges on the center extractor piece. I'll get pic in a sec. I think I'll see if dealer will replace it. Unfortunately it was raining when I bought it so I didn't see it.

Maybe a quick heat gun and stretch by the dealer's body shop and problem solved.

I would try to get them to re-wrap the hood, preferably by professionals at wrapping, not the dealers minimum wage after school helpers.

Mine looks exactly the same. Dealer has ordered new wrap to redo it.

I have one small spot with the same wrinkle, waiting to see if it spreads but definitely having it rewrapped, I even skipped wrapping hood in ppf for now

That's how mine looks around the vents. Planning on eventually getting it redone, just debating if it's worth it through the dealer if they can even do a half good job.

My 2018 also had a similar issue around the edges, so I had it re-wrapped in something higher quality and dropped XPEL Stealth over that. This should easily be covered by warranty, though, if you're willing to give them a shot at it.

I bought mine in the rain about 350 miles away. Brought it home then realized the wrap was boogered up around the vents. Took it to my local dealer and they ordered me a new wrap and replaced it with no hassles. My dealer even said, we don't get many 1LE's around here but the ones we do get all have wrap issues from the factory. Mentioned something about the factory wrapping it and not waiting for the wrap to dry before installing the vents.
New wrap is perfect. |

Wrap on mine is peeling all around the edges on the underside of the hood. Went to dealer on Monday and waiting to hear back.
