A plea for tips regarding swapping seat harnesses

Long story short, I have a 1SS, and I bought Recaro seats from a 1LE. I am an idiot and didn't know I was going to have to swap the harness from my stock seat with the harness on the Recaro seat.

Does anyone have any words of wisdom regarding the harness swap? Any pics? Videos? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I might take them to a shop if I can't do it myself, or I might just sell the seats. I am very tired of this project.
