Issues with hood wrap

Hey everyone- my first post here

Took delivery of a 18 1SS 1LE today and am in love with the car, however after washing the car when I got home I noticed there are issues with wrinkles / creases in the wrap around the vents.

What does Gm do - re-wrap it at the dealer?

The hood wrap is going to get messed up if you park in busy parking lots. People will be touching it with ketchup and mustard maybe molesting it onion ring grease. I replaced mine then gave up and polished the hood to match to body. Looks best without the wrap...

Mine will be re-wrapped Monday, then taking it to have a clear wrap put on top, installer told me it will give it a Satin finish to match the the other Satin bits.

Yes, there is a satin clear-cover that can go on top. I have it and it works well.

i wrapped mine myself and did a pretty good job, but there were some imperfections that probably i only would notice, i let it sit out in the sun, and they disappeared completely... dont settle, but just saying...
