Not a huge fan of the cheap fender flares. I think they look bolt on. But then again if you see them be warned. Great time in automotive engineering.

Yeah and Hal Ollenhouser announced yesterday that the gen7 Camaro would get SuperCruise to deal with visibility.

Quote:
Ollenhauser also shared some insight into the future of the Camaro, specifically about its design. Those hoping for better outward visibility of upcoming Camaro models shouldn’t get their hopes up. In fact, future Camaros will have even smaller windows and offer even less visibility than the fifth- and sixth-generation models.
...
“We’re going all out to make sure that customers feel completely in control of their vehicle,” Ollenhauser said, referring to Super Cruise. “Hope everyone is [*inaudible*] happy now,” he added.

More Semi-autonomous features to keep you more in control. Think about how phony that statement is. More Computer control to make you feel like you have control???????

Drag mode, launch control, line lock... Just automate the whole thing. Burnout, staging and going on green could all be automated.

GPS positioning on road courses and the car would just follow the line on a per-programed lap.

How fun...
