Thanks for the video. I was considering changing the grille on my own but was afraid of the job. It seems ok with basic tools.

The nice thing is the front end will stand up on its own, you would really have to foobar this to mess something up. It is really those driver side harnesses that are a PITA.

Super simple, just take your time and enjoy the day Also feel free to clean the radiator all the leaves that got caught.

Working in the garage in bare feet? Looks painful.

Your video came in very handy. I watched it again before tearing in and didn't have any surprises. Those little plastic pieces blocking the radiator were a bear. They use 5 or 6 screws and two rivets for each side. I'm kind of glad it was a bit of work to pull those plastic pieces off. I'd have felt cheated if it was a couple Christmas tree fasteners.

I figured since I had the front end off I might as well add the glow tie.

Thanks again for all these videos. Between the jacking video, the ZL1 add ons pinch weld video and this one I made quick work of the job.

Just wanted to say thanks for this very helpful video.

Two things:
1. You only need to remove the first of the 3 upside down bolts inside the wheel well (the ones by the amber light iirc)

2. I have the GM splitter and I only needed to remove the 8 bolts along the front underside, and the bumper and splitter came off as one unit. So I didn't have that big underside piece still attached.

Overall what a pain! I could never have done it without your vid.

I found a kinda easy way to take the black plastics that are covering the grill with out have to take off the bumper.you need to take off the screew on the bottom the a 5 screws size 10 and the rest are size 7 they are 22.the will take the bottom plastic that covers the bottom radiator.then just fold the bottom wheel shield so you can get room.then you will need to take off 3 screws on each side and just push the black panalesin from the front and carefully pull it from behind *********WARNING IF U HAVE BIG HANDS YOU MIGHT STRUGGLE ********
