We just expedited the front hats, so we are now able to ship a complete CCM kit for a bolt on installation for G6.

If you have ZL1 you will only need the rear Z28 calipers and our bundle allows front caliper deduct (see option under caliper).

The most valuable and affordable CCM brake upgrade for your ZL1.

Leadtime: Order can be shipped in 1 week.
Too much of a nut. We all just got these cars. Not sure if 10k is worth it.

If you have ZL1 the front calipers are deductible, so essentially you will be investing $8K for a G6 Z28 including other upgraded components - pads, brake lines etc.

I couldn't deal with the, in my case, red 1LE calipers in the front and gray or silver Z/28 calipers in the rear. Also, I probably won't be considering this until the OEM requires replacement.

Exactly. Even 8k is outrageous.

We responded to the inquiries from G6 owners, designed this kit and offered it only as an optional upgrade for those who are considering.

Here are some pricing references:

Rotors only (no calipers) - Special build for Nissan GTR using ZR1 discs

Complete brake kit - Direct GM parts swap

World first CCM rotor for G6 ZL1 upgrade - Ready to ship!

Comparing to OE rotor for weight saving (16.5 lbs per rotor or 55%):

At the same time we are also shipping CCM rotor upgrade for GT350 for the same amount of weight saving.

Some of us are quickly burning through our OEM stuff, including seals & such. I got a rebuild kit from RB and did an install this week. Go here for that thread:

Anyway, I am starting to think about this CCM kit after chasing pads & rings every other month.

Sounds great, but personally the OEM is good enough for my purposes (daily driving and occasional track days). Not sure if the cost is worth me just telling people I have Carbon Ceramic brakes...it does sound cool saying it though lol

"yes, I do have Carbon Ceramic brakes"..."Al Oppenheiser said that I did not need them, but I wanted them anyways because they make me happy"

Dammm i would love these. The stock brakes are good but during harder braking at the track they fade alot.

Strange, I haven't seen any brake fade so far on the track. Did you change out the stock fluid?

RB CCM rotor kits on Mustang GT350

World's first CCM rotors on GT350 - Learn from this GT350 owner's experience and cost evaluation.

Carbon Ceramic Brakes - They're on!
https://trackmustangsonline.com/thre...eyre-on.12573/

I'm an early adopter once in a while, and I liked the look of the CCB brakes on cars around me, so I figured I'd give the RacingBrake kit a try. Customer service was excellent, and the 4 to 6 week delivery was just under 5 weeks. So, today, I put them on.

Reading about how light they are doesn't prepare you for how light they are! It's shocking when you pick one up the first time.

Same scale, same time, OEM:

I can't even come close to being able to afford these things but it's great to see vendor support for something like this for people that can afford it. Great piece and good luck with it.
