Exclamation Flipping Fuel Rail LS3

Okay - I am kinda confused. I have seen threads and posts where people flip the fuel rail so that the fuel line connects on the passenger side and doesn’t go over the intake manifold. I like the idea, I am in the process of flipping my fuel rails right now, but I noticed that when you flip them, the angle of the injector is now angled toward the back of the engine instead of toward the front. Is this a problem? I am kind of surprised I haven’t been able to find an answer in previous forums…maybe i’m missing something here?

I've done the fuel rail flip. No issues as far as injector position.

some people have also stated that the C5 corvette line is short and the connection is really tight and barely fits. I found that to be untrue as well. The fit is fine, even has a little slack.

Gotcha, so it is okay that the injectors are facing angled backward instead of forward?

Also I actually ended up buying a line off of amazon for like 20$ and it seems to fit fine. I just wanted to make sure it was okay the injectors are flipped before I bolted anything down.

Thank You!

Yes it is fine, I haven't had any issues and if it was a problem some of those older forum posts would probably have addressed it. Lots of people have done this mod, and I think its just a simple, no fuss way of cleaning up the engine bay a bit.
