Drove an SS with NPP
Bad thing is I have an L99. Same year as the car I drove.
The NP sounded good and was nothing like what I heard on the internet. It reminded me of my GTO when it was stock. I had traded in a manual GTO because of ongoing clutch and eventually master cylinder failure. As a result I went for an automatic and didn't even drive a manual when I purchased. What a different driving experience between the two vehicles. I might have to drive it again. |

You are correct... Unless of course you want to build it yourself...
The L99 has active fuel management, it makes the NPP sound funny. Tune it out, and jump through the hoops. Or get the Manual and the extra power. I like my DIY NPP, but it does not tone down Headers as much as I would like in quiet mode. But do you REALLY need it to be quiet
