I would have to pay $5 a workout or $10 a week I believe in addition to the Y membership I have now (and not able to use), plus the 45 minute drive. IDK, do you guys think it is worth it or should I wait it out? I've not lifted real weights in about 3 weeks now, but did do some pushups, bodyweight squats and some chin-ups last week. Just doing 9 chin-ups were really hard since I hadn't done any in awhile.
I wouldn't risk it. You really don't know who is carrying what and what their definition of "personal space" is.

Managed to snag an 88 lb kettlebell and a rower from a gym that closed a few months back and is now selling their stuff. Score.

Nice. Moniques new CF gym let us actually get 360lbs of weight so it hasn't been too bad.

Things should get back to normal next week.

As of last Saturday down 23.8lbs since going vegan.

Awesome progress! I'm down below 200 since I'm not eating my normal amount and doing way more steady state cardio than I did before. We have a few more weeks to go up here. The GF's hospital has been slammed since the third week of March and she's still logging a ton of overtime trying to keep up. That just leaves the dogs, myself, and a now-remote job that somehow got busier.

Dang it, just weighed myself and down about 6 pounds all of a sudden! Last week I was at about my regular weight. It looks like about a month without lifting is all you can go without losing muscle. I was hoping they were going to open Monday, but sounds like it is going to be at least as couple more weeks for Ohio. A chain in Indiana was saying they were going to open up on Saturday, but I don't know as I haven't heard the latest.

Gov of Indiana said it will be May 18th now. A couple places are opening up, but gyms were not in the list.

Im going crazy using my stuff at home. My uncle gave me his bow flex and my brother left his universal pull up machine gym and select weights. So I made a small home gym but it’s not the same. I’ve been bodybuilding for 25 years, but now being home for the past month I’m up too 265lbs and 6’4. (I’m not natural though and on trt)

Maybe for the metro indy area but southern Indiana he's said nothing once the stay at home expires today. He won't make any final decisions till 2:30 today.

In New York the governor just delayed everything till the end of the school year. Crazy times

So I take it IN gyms won't open until May 24th now? Still no definite date for Ohio.

The gf and I did a five round superset of max rep DB bench and max rep empty barbell curl: 35s/35 lb bar for her, 50s/45 lb bar for me. We were both repping in the mid-to-high 20s for both movements all five rounds.

We don't have a bench so we laid a few Rogue sandbags down to keep us off the floor.

Arms day today - used mostly the bow flex and 50lb dumbells. Then rode my bike with my son for a hour then 30 mins of jogging afterwards.

Guys, try whole body workouts. I guess you are going to like them. I don't say that splits are bad but whole body trainings are more effective in terms of gaining weight.

No, not going to do them. No, I wouldn't like them. No, they are not more effective. There was nothing remotely close to facts in that post.
