by default, I think they ship with 98MM pulleys. I just upgraded to the 95MM which is good for about a pound of boost or so, from what others are saying.

The kit I ordered from Jannetty is with the 85mm pullet, he suggested I not run 91 and full throttle, that had me a tad concerned. I am still learing the in/outs if FI. He also suggested just having two and swapping out as needed. One for 91 octone, lower boost and all then another for when I want to start adding E85 into the mix. Seems like a good idea.

Wondering though when the bottom end needs to be upgrade beyond fuel components.

I wouldn't run below a 90 on the street, 85 is pushing it on 91 or you need to run Water/Meth as extra fuel . I've been thru all these pulleys, 90 is a good one for the street with good fuel, be careful on timing. Listen to Ted and you should have more then one pulley if your going to drag race, but you need to be able to tune it yourself or buy hp tunes and have the shop that tunes it add more then one tune.

Is there a way to switch tunes on the fly through like cruise control on hp tuners in the 6g?

Does this sound about right?
98mm - 6psi
95mm - 8psi
90mm - 10psi
85mm - 13psi

Don’t want to hijack, but are people using a boost gauge?

I'd say 98MM will hit 7. I've touched 7 multiple times on my factory issued Maggie. Then again I have an intercooler, I think it changes if you have an intercooler or not, according to Magnusons website.

No...you have to flash the tune with the engine off each time. Not sure why it would matter because you cant change pulleys on the fly anyways.

not sure if he was thinking about turbo's. Turbo vehicles you can adjust using boost controller on the fly.
