ya - I agree. I didn't think so either until I built a few race cars with race seats and full harnesses and the difference is pretty staggering.

Do you run harnesses? Which ones and what's the bar setup to anchor them?

Yes, SCHROTH Rallye Cross ASM (Anti-Submarining Technology) 4-point harnesses attached to a rollbar (custom bolt-in), with arm restraints (as needed, otherwise I forgo them). Not a super top notch set up, but serves the purpose of what I need.
