Fuse Box compared to others

So I first encountered this when I was installing my RS headlights. I see something in the 1st-3rd positions but according to everyone else's photos, there's something in the 6th position as well. I'm just wondering if it's normal to have nothing there, my car is a 2016 1LT non-RS.

Normal, my 2LT V6 was the same.
