2020+ T93 TCM Cracked? Legit? - Page 2

I don't see how this shop could crack the T93 and flash it with HPt software if HPt doesn't support the T93. They would literally have to of also hacked the software which to my knowledge isn't open source and that would be illegal. The software would need to be updated to support the T93 even if the TCM bootloader is unlocked.

They just posted something else about it and showed this car on the dyno. Fingers crossed it is true. Post says, "We'll be releasing more info and availability on 10 speed tuning for T93 cars very soon! #staytuned"

According to hpp it is something they figured out in house and hp tuners itself hasn't supported it yet. They have some sort of work around that is letting them tune it for now. They said it would be inhouse only or a few shops they work with other then that they are letting others figure it out on their own. Supposed to post later with pricing.

Per HPP

“We have officially developed tuning for all T93 Camaro’s. This is a direct plug and play TCM swap, so there is no need to send your original stock TCM out for unlock. We will install our unlocked TCM on your car, and you keep your original!
Price for the full package is $1250 installed and tuned (if we have already tuned your car). If it’s your first time getting tuned by us, it will be $1900 for both engine and transmission (depending on your setup).
We will be making this available for in house tuning only, and all HHP remote tune customers.
We’ll also be selling unlocked TCM’s to some of our friends in the industry.

Using a modified 187? Only reason that makes sense they wouldn’t want the T93 on a swap

They might have to expand their parking lot as it stays pretty full as is.

Ya the pricing is crazy, I'll wait for others to figure it out or hptuners to figure it out. Not to talk any smack but I don't know any of the fast 6th gens that have been tuned by HPP and I'm happy with my current tuner. But this is the only thing holding me back from doing heads and cam though on my 20 :(
