Header help bolt broken off and cross threaded

On my car someone previously must’ve taken the oem headers off for some reason and when I was taking them out one of the header bolts broke off almost flush with the head and one of the bolts was put in cross threaded. What do I do?

Drill that hole and use a heli-coil. You can buy heli-coil kits. Just my suggestion.

Imo, id start with a bolt extractor of you think you can get in there fine. If you or u know someone handy with a welder, u can always try to weld another bolt to that 1 and screw it out.

If you don’t know what to do, you should bring it someone that does. Someone that actually has the tools, skills and relevant experience. If YOU try to fix it and screw up, it’s just going to become a larger / more expensive mess.

This^

Not sure which bolts you're working on, but access isn't good on many of them. Pulling the head isn't a bad job, especially on a normally aspirated motor. I'd yank the head off and take it to a machine shop.

Would I have to dissemble the head?

This would be my advice too. Just yank the head and fix it right IMO. Crappy situation for sure.

You got a cross threaded and broken sheared bolt, I've had plenty of experience in racing and all the machenical that goes with it , many years ago, these new cars tight quarters around the heads, MO , pull the head or heads. Sorry I've been there not on this new stuff old school stuff . TC
