Strange transmission noise?

2013 ss with A6.
I seem to be having a weird grinding or vibration noise coming from what I think is the trans or transfer case. It doesn't matter what speed it is but when you are around 2k rpm and let off the gas and press it again it makes a strange noise. You can hear it when it happens and you let off the gas and can almost blip the throttle to pop it out of it, as weird as that sounds. Anyone have ideas.
I've heard motor and trans mount, transfer case, or trans issue. Still feels strong in all shifts just lost what that noise could be.

Just hoping its nothing serious with the trans, strange to me it only happens under deceleration at around 1100 rpms and its not all the time sometimes it doesn't do it. and blipping the throttle will make a noise and put it back to "normal"

Was also wondering if running the car lean would cause this issue?

I have a similar noise I’m chasing. I was actually able to catch it on video…does your sound the same?
