Big electrical problem all gauges show 0

My car has every warning light showing up on the dash. NONE of the gauges work. back up camera doesn't come on. my mileage doesn't change. when i start the car no lights inside the car turn until about 10 seconds after the car has been running. turn signals don't work inside the car but they do work outside the car. my a/c is reading in celsius for some reason. its been doing this for 2 weeks now... has anyone come across this problem or know how to fix it?

ive seen other posts about it and they said something about the rear bumper harness but i replaced it and that wasnt the issue. heres a video

Still need to get mine into the dealer to have them look into my gen 6 ltg gauges going dead during highway driving. It only happened once and I haven't been able to duplicate it.

Keep us posted on what you find?

Sorry for the late response but i did figure it out. I changed the rear bumper harness first because thats what others said it was however i was still having the same problem. Then i changed the rear park assist control module and it fixed the issue.

Here are the part numbers if u need them...
rear park assist control module: 84013511
rear bumper harness with sensor : 84319873
