how to get rid of tiny brown spots on lower doors
Not a Camaro-specific question, but I was helping my brother clean up his 2011 Lexus RX350 yesterday and remove a few scratches, and noticed a lot of tiny pinhead-sized light brown spots on the lower sections of the doors. Is this stuff coming off the tires? The paint is metallic white and is in great condition otherwise.
We washed the car with microfiber mitts, 2 buckets, etc., and the spots did not come off at all. I tried clay bar on them, and then didn't work either. Then I tried Meguiar's Scratch-X 2.0, and that did wear them off after some rubbing. I only rubbed a small area, so it would have taken a good hour or more to rub all of them off using the Scratch-X, so wondering if there's an easier way?

Iron-X is a good solution and safe on paint. This product is great also for removing brake dust off the wheels.
