Need help identifying.

Is this normal? I can't find what this is for. Could it be why I'm getting a vacuum leak? It runs all the way to the back of the engine.

Is it part of the EVAP line (running from fuel tank to EVAP solenoid on intake manifold)?

Yeah it's on the same area. Thanks for the info, I've never actually noticed it untill now. Bought the maro a year ago..so yeah..
