6 were at .025" 2 were at .027" |

You ALWAYS check and adjust gap.
Nothing to freak out about. They are not suppose to come out of the box and be put in. You put the gap to what you need. So what is messed up about it?

Im confused... you mean i have to gap the plugs myself!? Mean i cant just order .040 gapped BR7s? What if one comes .042? Will the spark get blown out? OMG my motor is a time bomb waiting to blow!

This was a post by me because people have mentioned they run them out of the box, but couldn't recall what they were at. I gapped mine to 0.028". This was for information purposes only.

The same guys who buy a cam, springs and pushrods, never measure and now have a problem.

They are always all over the place. On your setup I'd run 7IX's. reg 7's can load up on a street car.
