Attached below are the hptuners log (and also the exported excel version), and I attached some graphs from the excel file.

If you look at rpm vs time, you can see the rpm's fluctuating (I assume spark blow out or clutch slip).

If you look at the MAF and A/F pic... it would appear as if the clutch is slipping causing loading/unloading of the motor which causes the MAF to be whacky which translates into A/F being whacky.

Thoughts?

Here are two screen shots of another run on the dyno where slip was much more visible. I circled rpm and mph in each pic.

Soooo what clutch do you have? I realize the clutch is not your main problem but dang that graph is hard to read (looks like a pick-up-stick pile).

Street Slayer Billet Twin. I emailed Thomas at Hendrix and he said I may need to put more heat into it for further break in.

You really just need to have the clutch work. A slipping clutch can screw up all power readings, tuning.

Pulled the plug wires and found 4 out of the 8 were cracked. So with new plugs/wires and if clutch will hold, I should be able to improve on the 817rwhp.

Some updates. I replaced four cracked plug wires and the BR7EF's @ .028" with new wires and Iridium NGK #8's @ .025.

A few things I noticed:

1) Speed vs time is now ulta smooth (at 10psi anyway)
2) MAF readings are now smooth (vs choppy before)
3) I am about 1.5 AFR leaner now han when on the dyno

Pic 1 is speed vs time from the 817rwhp dyno pull (16psi)
Pic 2 is speed vs time 10# street pull after plugs wires
Pic 3 is MAF vs time from the 817rwhp dyno pull (16psi)
Pic 4 is MAF vs time 10# street pull after plug and wires
