1LE Front splitter
Has anyone here with a normal zl1 done the 1LE front splitter? what is required? my splitter has some scrathes and I think I like the 1LE style better than stock one (minus the canards)

This is the very first thread that popped up when I searched, I think it will have more than you're looking for but it'll get you what info you need for sure wit part numbers.

I'm about to do it. The main thing is you need to swap out the lower frill as well. The clips for the splitter that go into the lower grill are different from zl1 and zl1 1le.

Thats what my idea is as well. Im not a huge fan of the flat black. Just trying to find the grill/splitter at a decent price is the tough part. Well..and shipping that they don't want $600. Lol |

Not sure this encompasses all the parts you need for the conversion, but it's a good start.
Front Lower Grille - GM (84375811) Front End Spoiler - GM (84335736) Front Passenger Side Bumper Fascia Air Deflector - GM (23329729) Front Driver Side Bumper Fascia Air Deflector - GM (23329728) Shop around the GM parts depots (gmpartsdirect, gmpartsnow, tascaparts, etc.) vs. Wildhammer for the best price.

It definitely looks better painted on the ZL1. The OEM 1LE splitter matches the other satin black parts of the 1LE, but wouldn't look as good on the ZL1 if it wasn't painted.
