This question has probably been answered prior , but I wasn’t able to find the answer or didn’t know where to look so just wanted to know. I have a set of welds 17x10 with Mickey Thomson et street ss 305 x45x17 on my 2010 camaro rears . Will I be able to put them on my 2017 zl1 or do I need to modify anything? Any input will be greatly appreciated.

What is the offset of your 17x10’s? +43?

Oh man !! I’m not even sure . I purchased them from someone, only thing I know is I had to tie the e brake cable on the 5th gen camaro ss so it would rub on the inside of the wheel. I’m sorry , I wish I had more info to give you.

No worries. Well, I’d just pull one wheel and see what you get for fit. Do you have both cars or are you getting ready to buy the ZL1 and want to keep them from your 5th Gen?

On the SS’s it’s a good idea to relocate the wiring harness on drivers side just to be safe. Maybe a 30 minute job. It might not need it on the ZL1.

Go to tire rack on the net and see the offset center hub etc.For both models .You ll get your answer.

I appreciate the suggestion . Maybe I’ll pull them off and fit them on the zl1 and take it for a spin to see if there are any issues. I’m wondering if there is any information on where to zip tie the e-brake cable on the zl1 to prevent interference.
I have both, don’t drive the ss much , enjoying the zl1 for now!! The rear tires on the zl1 are a bit worn out so wanted to put the welds on there instead of spending another 700-800 on new set of tires.

It’s a success . I was pleasantly shocked hearing about the rubbing etc . I didn’t have to touch or modify anything!! It’s a blessing !!! Bolted right up and no scraping, no weird noises or anything !!! Loving it !!! THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR all your advice!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
