There are many reasons... (non weather related) that I would never live in CA. Can't talk about them on this forum, it's against the rules.

Well we only have 3 seasons here.

Hot, cold, and construction.

LOL, I just said this to my wife last night. Took the Camaro downtown to grab a pizza and road construction all over the place. I swear I pay more taxes every year and every year the roads are worse and worse. Some places you don't catch it and you are wondering if you damaged a wheel or suspension. Uggg.

Seems like Construction going to be bad this year though. Potholes really were bad this year. Now EVERYTHING is under construction even roads/highways that were neglected for 10+ years.

But, to look at the bright side, when they finish makes 1/4 mile runs and rolling races easier

Yep, we finally have a president putting people to work on our infrastructure. Thanks Biden!

I dunno how you guys deal with the roads in Michigan. Every time I visit I'm on pins and needles driving your local roads and highways lol.

Sadly, I have taken it upon myself to tax myself in the form of stupid toll roads. I don't mind paying to drive on a toll road, but if they consider it a "private owned road, then I need "Johnny Law" to stop trying to pull me over. I say that after being clocked at 150 in a 75 a few months ago. In my defense, a tool in a BMW kept pacing me in my blind spot, which I find extremely annoying. As a matter of fact, it seemed like the same POS model BMW that was trying to place me in the Camaro a few days ago. At any rate, I figured if that tool wanted to pace me, I'd pick up the pace. johnny law was in his motorbike and probably happy to pursue...

But as I was saying, if it keeps some of the riff raff out, I'll pay a little for more wide open, nicer roads, if only not to deal with the stupid debris that seems to be everywhere on the roads today.

If a show a picture of a doll, can you point to the parts where CA touched you?

I was in Vegas in 2019, and I loved it. Nice cool dry 103 degree weather. Right up until the 7.1 earth quake which I felt in Vegas.

I could actually see the hotel building move, I could feel it when I was laying on the bed. 200+ miles away
