Regular ZL1 wheel (non 1LE) Tire Sizes

I have used the search function and haven't been able to come up with the answer, so I figured I'd ask. I have seen several post with the 1LE wheel tires sizes but not the non 1 LE.

Got an 18' ZL1 non 1LE and I am wondering what tire sizes have people been able to fit when they replaced tires? I have the factory 20's with 285's up front and 305's out back. The 285's are fine up front but I would like a little more meat in the back. What sizes are people running and what mods are required...315's, 325's? Thanks in advance guys and as always, pics are appreciated.

The ZL1 will run into the same width issues a SS 1LE runs into on the rear. Just search the 1LE threads to see how wide people have ran on the stock wheels.

I dont think you can get any wider than 315 on the rear unless you look at different wheels and offsets.

315/30/20 is as wide as you can go safely. Some have gone 325 but you better have your back spacing on point. I wanted sport cup 2s in 325/30/20 as they are pretty wide and were $100 less than 315s, but was advised to stay with 315 so that what I’m going with.

Thanks for the replies. Does the wiring have to be pulled back in order to run the 315's or is there enough clearance? Thanks again.
