Passenger Seat Motor

Last week, my passenger seat got stuck in the forward position, there was no way to put it back.

I took it to the dealer and they are ordering a new seat, the tech told me the motor was dead.

No need to tell you I was a little upset since I got the car only three months ago. I got a rental but I miss my 1LE. I tried to get the Recaros in since they are ordering a new one but that did not fly (I had to try).

I also learned there is a bulletin for the Galaxy SIII not working too well with MyLink and GM engineers haven't figured out yet how to fix it.
If you have a Volt make sure you don't pair it with an Iphone 4, it seems that it drains the battery of the car.

Anyone else having problems on their new car?

Failing stuff falls under the shit happens category; I wouldn't let it bother you. My car was built in the 1st month of production when they started producing the Camaro again back in 2009 and I expected stuff to go bad, etc but have been pleasantly surprised. Only problem I had was the radio head unit being replaced because the display had a line out across it.

Really, couldn't they just disconnect the motor?

because it's annoying to drive with the passenger seat forward, it is also in the way of my right mirror.

Mine was built may 09 and I have had a few small things, but nothing to major.

Any indication of when the seat replacement will be done?
