I'm thinking the chrome trim is hiding the sharp edges where they simply cut the wheel wells larger and didn't finish the job properly. It's a shame because that car cannot easily be put back to stock. It will need new fenders and quarters. It is pretty much ruined.

There is actually a magazine dedicated to 'Donks'.. I was reading it at the grocery store. They destroy a lot of classic cars fitting those huge wheels. It was heart breaking to look at it.

This one just ran thru with 26" rims and sold at the auction for 15K, it was a 2011 with 45K miles on the clock!

Some of you guys say some funny comments.

Most of the young people I've been meeting lately are leaving the camaro stock or adding performance enhancements instead of the ( to some ) visual distractions.
I don't get the creative thoughts of the donk camaro just as some may not like Vincent Van Gogh- "The starry Night" or Pablo Picasso - "weeping Woman" or better yet check out the "The Scream" by Edvard Munch.
