you know i have mixed feelings about it and to be honest i cant make up my mind but while driving down the blvd i was reminded of the amazing LAPD and weather a cop is cool or an a$$ im pretty sure id get a pistol pointed at me and if i jerk my body the wrong way

maybe a couple of shots so i think ima take it off

Smart idea. If a cop sees just the handle sticking out and it is night time or visibility into the car is poor and he sees you moving toward it he might think you are reaching for an ACTUAL gun. Then you might get shot...don't risk it...plus it looks like a old man's walking stick handle anyway......

That shifter handle can not be installed by some. I like it but, if it was me(SS-driver), I would have to roll down my windows, place both hands out the window until the police-person walks up to the car and wait for them to ask for the car's documentation they may need to see. I can't afford to take the risk if they see that and want to be the hero of the day.

Look too out of place, and there is a safety issue if a cop pulls you over and mistakes it for a firearm. Big 'ol NAY.

I've got that exact shifter in one of my bugs actually. Had it in there for a few years now. But I don't think I'd put it in my camaro, just doesn't look right to me. Cool shifter nonetheless.

Eh, it's different, but you're putting an old school, wooden, revolver handle on a modern Camaro. That wood just doesn't go with the rest of the car. Maybe a newer, semi-auto handle would look better...in black.
