Sitting here at the dealership. Of course it is warm now, so the noise is gone. Gonna leave it overnight, so they can try it in the morning.

No I took it home when they decided to order a new one. They have no clue how long it will take bc they say since there's no stock anywhere, the part has to be pulled from the assembly line and shipped

I may have the same issue. Heard a funny rattle when I opened it up a bit in Touring mode.

Wow - the NPP system looks really nice, but this doesn't give me a lot of confidence in the long term durability of it! This is making me lean toward the standard exhaust.

Well I picked my car up today after they said they could not hear the noise. And of course I hear it, so I took it back, and now they have heard it. Didnt really tell me what they were going to do about it yet though.

Your sounded constant. Mine only shows when giving it has and switching gears.

My exhaust has a rattle as well. It rattles when giving it constant gas at about 1500 RPM. Once I accelerate past 2000RPM I no longer hear it. It's coming from the passenger side rear. Dealership currently has my car and can hear the rattling but said they need to test drive another SS with the NPP dual exhaust to see if it's normal. To me, I don't think that is the proper way to do it. Because what happens if it's a defect and most of the early builds do this. Hmmmm. We will see I guess. They have had my car for two days and said I might not get it back until next week... I guess I will update it when I hear back..

Did you listen to my clip above, sounds like we have the same issue.
