Battery replacement with aftermarket stereo?
I need a new battery. I do not have the stock head unit in the car. My question is after I lose power to the car and then reconnect the new battery will my car settings that you can only adjust with the factory radio be the same? I don't know of any way to adjust them without the stock deck?

Not enough information provided.
What year and vehicle model? Who did the installation? What dash kit? What radio?

You should be ok, the only settings that would need adjustment would be, bass and treble! Maybe window indexing, nothing else.

If I remember correctly, hold the window button up to close and hold it for about 1 second after it closes, you should be good after that. Now, do the other window.
