Cardinals WR Jermiah Braswell crashes Camaro into Lake Erie

Once on scene, officers found an orange Chevrolet Camaro that had driven off the embankment and ended in the lake. Witnesses told officers that the driver, later identified as Cardinals rookie wide receiver Jermiah Braswell, was still inside of the vehicle trying to drive it, police said.

When officers approached the Camaro, Braswell was still in the driver’s seat attempting to drive forward. He told police officers that he was stuck and that he didn’t know what happened, police said.

I've been on that island many of times. It's small, and roads are like 35 mph at best. What a moron lol

Being from Toledo, i go to put in bay often. Absolutely gorgeous and a blast. You see some awfully strange things there though, considering it's a drinking island lol.

Oh yes, I've been to Put in Bay probably 30 times in my life, and most of those times were when I lived in Toledo. I agree, it's totally crazy and fun at the same time lol

Put-In-Bay is about 45 mintues from me. Been there many times. Golf carts and bicycles are the predominant mode of transportation there. You park at the ferry dock in Port Clinton and take the Jet Express from the main land in Ohio to the island..... there's really no room or need for a car on that island. Anyone who actually loads their car on to the ferry to bring on to the island is looked at like a stooge to begin with. Then you go and take this high powered Camaro and drive it like an idiot? Yeah, this guy would have been run off the island if he didn't wreck.

On the main strip where all the bars are is litterally only enough room for pedestrians and bikes/golf carts. Especially when it's busy in the summer (if covid wasn't going on that island is insanely packed on weekends in summer)

Cars *can* fit through but really it's only for the emergency responders.

Can't get much dumber than that if in fact that's true.
