So here are the pictures as promised. You can see that the metal sleeve only goes halfway through the bushing. This is because the control arm will occupy the other half and taking all the threads of the screw.

I couldn't remember how that went together. It's been a few years since I installed mine and I don't remember if I replaced the whole control arm or just the Z-28 part that matches the BMR knuckle.
