It does not look like those wheels are 'directional', that is have to be mounted on one side only because it looks to me like the spokes are 'torqued' with same biased direction around the center, regardless of what side of the car you are looking at. So on the passenger side they look backwards to those on the driver's side.

Didn't think the ZL1 front end would change, same as 5th gen which kept its front end and only received the rear restyle. Looking forward to the redesigned rear as that's the weak link in styling to me. Would like to see a factory designed blade spoiler that's interchangeable with the wing on the ZL1 (yeah I'm willing to suffer a bit in performance when the blade is installed). If they can try and close the wheel gap up some on the ZL1 without having to go with the ZL1 1LE I would appreciate that too.

I see what you mean. IMO, the orientation of the "twist" looks a lot better on the driver's side, and on the passengers side it looks out of place. Maybe they're just testing to see how the rims would hold up if they were installed "backwards" by using the driver's side rims on both sides? I can't see it looking like this in production. I think they are anticipating a very real-world mix up like what the other person commented on regarding Corvette owners accidentally mixing it up.

Either that, or they didn't prototype any passenger side rims yet and just shrugged it off.

Exactly. I will not be surprised if we see this 'one-direction' twist on both sides - they've done that before. Hopefully not, but I am doubting there will be separate right/left side wheels.

I wish they'd make the side windows taller and shrink the rear pillars. In my opinion those are the worst parts about the car. I think the front looks good, it's the side profile I don't like due to the small windows and thick rear pillars.

Structural changes like that can't be done with a refresh. Those are generational changes.

Never been a fan of that Krull like, spinning blade look... Reminds me of a mid 90's Ford Probe

True, but I wish they would have done that for the sixth gen. Hopefully, they will for the 7th. That's the biggest turn off for me and everyone I've ever talked to about the subject.

The refresh may be revealed this fall, but it won't be available until spring/summer 2018, as a 2019 Model year. The 2018 model year is going unchanged styling wise.

I'll bet the rest of the lineup will look more like a light version of the ZL1 front end.

Until that false bumper is off, this is really a bunch of nothing.

Looks like the new rear bumper is smooth and not sculpted like current. I think that is an improvement, can't say the same for the front end though.
