Press traction control button twice and turns into competition mode disabling stabilatrack and traction control, or you can hold down the traction control button for about 5 seconds and disables a bit more and then you will smoke the tires no problem.

As everyone else said, just make sure the nannies are all off. I've stood on the brake rather hard and still been able to roast the tires pretty nicely.
