Denied warrantee

Has anyone here personally experienced being harassed at a dealer for having an intake when making a warrantee power train claim?
Yes... Yes I know the law; which is why I'm asking for personal experience.

Separate question:
Has anyone experienced a dealer not denying a warrantee power train claim with an intake on their car.

Unfortunately, it varies from dealer to dealer.

Almost did I went in a month ago because of coolant temp not reading , some oil leaking and also the A8 shudder . They refused to do anything saying they could not replicate the issue so there was nothing they can do . Told me to come pick it up , I showed up kept insisting they fix the problems , so I ended up going for a ride a long with technician . After the ride like 30 mins he said car was perfect nothing wrong nothing we can do. Just because your saying that’s a problem does mean we have to fix it. Also they could not find any oil leaks. I told him pop the hood . Opened the hood and bam right there very noticeable oil leaking both sides of engine . First thing he said “ oh intake that should void your warranty “. And kept repeating it . He asked the guy in the desk I drop my car to , “having intake VOIDS warranty right “ .he didn’t respond . They said leave it here we will fix the leak that is all . I know long but that’s what happened to me lol

What’s a “warrantee”? Is that the opposite of warrantor?

When I traded my 2017 2SS in on my current Camaro, the SS had a Rotofab I had installed. The dealer noticed and requested the original intake come back with the car, as a stipulation of the trade. I didn’t poke because I had kept the original.

Honestly any dealer denial based on an intake is asinine, but this happens far more often than warranty claims being accepted with one.
