Seems hard to believe.
it is the heat generated which causes fluid degradation. The full throttle upshifts and downshifts on track cause clutch material to shed and in turn more debris in the filter/pan magnets. A typical cruise to cars and coffee or street driving is basically nothing comparatively. The first fluid service showed the worst fluid color change and debris compared to successive changes. It is 15 hours of track use not 15 track days according to GM's High Performance supplement.

Yep, every 15k is typical for aggressive driven sports car (non track use), 30-50k for a passenger car

You know what they say about auto trans flushes - either keep up with it (and filter changes) or don't bother. If the fluid is brown it probably causes more damage to change it but that's usually >80-100+k miles

Honda will not flush an auto trans anymore because they don't want the liability if it fails

I agree. I'm not going to spend $80,000 on a high performance sports car that is a weekend toy and GT car, then try to save money by cheaping out on maintenance.

As I mentioned, 15 track hours. Not days.

For normal driving, it's every 45,000 miles for both transmissions and for the rear end.

The maintenance schedule for the transmission (both A10 and M6) and the rear end is 45,000 miles. For normal driving that is.
