Best Scan Tool Update

I'm looking into Scan tools for my 2017 1LT Camaro. I've got a light on and as we all know the dealer wants $175 to diagnose it. I've read some of the threads and have seen Autel AutoLink AL629 come up, FOXWELL NT510 Elite GM Scan, Autel MaxiCOM MX808Tool come up and the option of getting HP Tuners tuning and scanner apps. Looking for bang for buck but that can do everything from the brake bleeding to re keying, might as well right? Willing to spend up to 300ish..

What are you guys using?
