Before I go buy a 15 Z28...is it true there is no streaming music from phone?

Have my eye on a 14 and a 15 Z/28, but I just read you can't stream music from your phone over Bluetooth. I found conflicting info online, so I wanted to ask people who already own one

If this is true, that puts a bit of a disturbance in the force (although not that big lol)

No Bluetooth is phone only. I have a 6$ Bluetooth adapter that plugs into the aux jack. Works perfect.

Not sure if the Z28's are different but it has Pandora and we ran it on my wife's iphone tethered and it ran off my android, though a little spotty (probably sprint thing). I don't know why it wouldn't play media through bluetooth, the unit is well sorted out.

Kind of throws me off too tbh, it looks to be the same system I had in my 2012 SS 45th anniversary, which could definitely stream audio, but apparently they skimped out a couple bucks lol.

You're gonna think I'm dumber than a bag of hammers (maybe I am)....

There's an aux jack? Where? Am I blind?

If you buy a Z/28 without the air conditioning and speaker option, you get one speaker only in the drivers door. No stereo sound without air conditioning.

Are your calls/voice going through that receiver too, or does it differentiate so the car uses the car, and the music uses the receiver??
