adding resonators to exhaust. think they will fit

i want to add these https://www.summitracing.com/parts/xfo-ct04-14s side by side in the transmission tunnel. i have 3" exhaust these are 4" outside. think they will fit?

I'd doubt it. Maybe if they were staggered. I have the off the shelf type magnaflo 4"round case. I think I tried to put them in that area too but couldn't pull it off. But I can't custom bend stuff either. Maybe a shop could do it

Sounds similar in size to the resonators that AWE offers in their dual 3” system. There is very little room between them, I’d guess 1/8”. But, they fit and do not rattle against each other. Hopefully that helps.

I technically have the AWE Resonated, Touring, Catback with Performance Link Pipes. The mid-pipes have dual 3” resonators already welded in by AWE. They fit up in the “tunnel”. I’d guess the OD of the resonators are 4”. As I mentioned, it’s a close fit, but it works fine.

Hey JC. Is your ARH Long setup considered a 3in system? Where it slips over the stock NPP pipes that you cut. Does the ARH reduce down to 2.75?

I have the ARH Full System with their dual tip mufflers and because of a bit more drone than I like was trying to figure a way to connect it to my NPP. What has me wondering though is if my system is a full 3in all the way back to where the NPP pipes would meet. Maybe I should go measure it. lol.

Any drone with that setup?

it slips over the NPP and the Flowmaster American Thunder mufflers is 3" inlet to slip over the 2.75". they were the same size pipe and i had to have the mufflers welded to the ARH exhaust. Yes the ARH was 3" inside diameter all the way.
