Turn off Traction Control. Do a nice hard launch and they'll spin easy. DO NOT do it on the street, just asking for trouble with that.

Are you sure you got the traction control off?

That's not turning it off. It it's off a light will appear in the gauge cluster telling you so. Also sounds like you are burning you clutch up by revving it with the clutch partially engaged, unless this is how the traction control works. I have not tested the traction control on this car yet.

Clearly you need to take the time to read your manual first.
If you are spinning your tires with traction control on then the computer will bog it right back down. Once you learn how to control your nannies then you can hopefully learn to control your car. But do not do this on a road as the torque pull and or crown of the road can easily get you into a bad situation very fast. Grip changes between drivers and passenger side can also send you going in one direction very fast. Learn your car in controlled situations and locations. Track is best, parking lots would be next if there are no cars around. For some reason I cant keep my tires from spinning even in fourth gear.

This is a joke right?

TC off

4k RPM

quickly engage the clutch (release pedal)

If your wheels don't spin, you're driving a 100 HP Ford Pinto.

Hmmm...yeah I let the clutch partially engaged then rev up the rpm , I guess didn't know what I was doing lol . I'm gonna try to turn off the traction control
. So what's the proper way to do it ?

You're gonna burn out your clutch. Rev to 4k with clutch to the floor and pop the clutch. Be prepared to buy new tires.
