MRC in SS VS 1LE

Tried searching but cannot find. Is there a difference in the MRC option in a regular SS vs the 1LE? If so, what is it?

The actual part (strut/shocks) are the same. The tuning is very different. SS 1LE in touring starts out sort-of where the SS is in between sport and track. Sport is a little stiffer than SS track...

+1. The tuning is designed around the Supercar3 tires and FE4 suspension dynamic wheel rate.

One thing I can tell you is the 1LE MRC has a nice big delta between the different modes. You can really tell a difference in my opinion. I almost never put mine into sport or track for the MRC because it was so sharp. Touring on the street was perfect. Like others saying, that its like sport for the SS.

The delta is both in ride quality and rebound control.

I normally use Sport or track as the shocks recover quicker in the rebound stroke when upset.

I haven’t taken my car out of track suspension settings since shortly after purchasing it. I really don’t remember how it even feels. I guess I gotta go back and check. My 2016 2SS had magnetic ride and I could barely tell the difference (I could tell but, I had to really pay attention). On my 1LE, I drove it off the lot in touring and drove it home in that setting. After getting it home, changing the oil and detailing it, I put it in track and never looked back. To me, the suspension is still pretty soft and compliant but, I enjoy it.
