Kwik Trip or Costco... $4.39/gallon here at KT... Costco is normally $.30/gallon cheaper.

$4.09 in the Charlotte area for 93. I have noticed that 87 fluctuates a lot and 93 not at all LMAO.

So is Shell worth 77 cent's a gallon more than Chevron , and even more of a savings on the other brands.
How about all of you what Brand do you all use .
Time to get a FF sensor and switch to E85. I run E but its probably about 3.89 since 87 is 3.36.

Yep, there’s a standard for that - Top Tier - and an app for that - I can’t recommend an app as I use Costco always.

What's the break-even point for a $400(?) FF kit plus a $1000(?) tune to make it work vs paying .60 more per gallon?

I was thinking about doing a FF kit a couple years ago until I found out you can't just get an off-the-shelf tune. You have to take your car to a tuner.

Makes NO sense to me. GM builds hundreds of thousands of cars that are FF from the factory and NONE of them are individually dyno-tuned. The FF sensor is a GM part. The ECM has the circuit to plug the sensor into. Why isn't there a STANDARD FF tune for an UNMODIFIED (except for a FF sensor) car?

Seems like a tuner who's done a FF tune on a car that's all-stock could be selling an off-the-shelf tune with a warning that it's only valid for an otherwise unmodified car. If one says he's cannibalizing his own dyno business, not true. Guys like me would buy his tune for a reasonable fee, but I'm not going to buy his dyno service because the break-even just to run E isn't worth it to me.

While our fuel system components are fortunately "E85 compatible", there isn't enough fueling headroom in all Camaros to run full E85 (and why would be, GM did what makes perfect business sense and didn't highly overspec the fuel system), so IMO a tuner can't sell a canned E85 tune without a potential liability hit. For example, I can only run up to E65, and the tune is likely to be somewhat defensive about that limit.

That said, I hear you about the high cost and long term ROI, and everyone has to make up their minds about that. I for one love the extra power and the cooling effect on the engine, the cleaner exhaust is a cherry on top. It's a tangibly different car when running E50+.

E85 is hard to find in the Phoenix metro area. Not available at any of my local stations.

I paid $5.099 at Frys. Once in a while I get a discount with the frys card. It depends on how much I spend on groceries. I got $.60 off recently.

$3.89 for 93 in central alabama. I don't have e85 available anymore locally, seems all the stations stopped selling it or they went under

Glad we're out of Az. till next spring of next year. Anytime you head NW of Pheonix toward Vegas, Gas gets stuff high. We Sayed it Tolleson this year and at Super bowl and spring training it was almost $2. more than Mesa. The bad part is no more Wildhorse Drags. I guess more Tucson drags.

Just got back from a day at the Drags , Wildhorse Pass MS Park, Summit ET Racing Series race #6. I just can't get a grip on the delay in the E throttle, I'm way late or way early , my 68 Camaro had a throttle cable, Consistent .030 and under lites. Car is consistent. 11.55 @ 123.4 , TC an Stabil Control on tires 20psi
Oh and used up a 1/2 tank (50 of the 100 fill up) round trip and 5 passes. Had a good time honest clean entertainment.
