P0303 code

I got code p0303. Switch spark plugs , coil and cable from cylinder 3 to cylinder 1 to see if the code would transfer to cylinder 1, but it did not. What else could it be? I did the screwdriver test to see if the fuel injector was firing (ticking sound) like the rest and it does. What else could it be? Any help would be appreciated. Battery voltage when cars off it's about 12.5 (around there) , when running it's around 14.something. Also cleaned the MAF. HELP!!!!!!

Pull the valve cover and check the valvetrain. If possible, turn the motor over by hand several revolutions and compare the motion of the rockers for cylinder #3 with the others. If that checks out as normal, then perform a compression test. Le us know the results.

Wow!! That's good longevity for a battery!! While these cars do funky things when the battery goes bad, a P0303 is a fairly specific code to be battery related, in my opinion, however, stranger things have happened. That would certainly be an easy fix...
