I sent this guy a grand to buy a set of rims. He hasn't responded in over a week and ups says they cant find the package. Does this sound like a scam to anyone? He hasn't responded to anyones questions about his rims for sale. Does anyone have any advice on how to go about this?

Damn, he got us both! He wanted a grand gifted to him, I felt sketched so sent him 200 as friends and family (needed money for shipping) and 800 through goods, so should get my 800 back, the 200 on the other hand, I know I'm not getting back
